We offer a gluten free menu every Tuesday and Wednesday.

To do this we have 2 designated pans that only EVER cook gluten free products.

New oil is added ready for Tuesday so that the products are cooked in the best possible oil. It also means that our chips are gluten free all of the time. 

To prevent cross contamination, separate utensils are used for gluten free products and they are presented on a separate counter. 

Unfortunately both the pans are required to cook chips on the remaining days so we are not able to offer gluten free products then.
